Aluminum-separator rigid cell filters
Airknow aluminum-separator rigid cell filters or absolute filters is a high efficiency,extended surface air filter designed for use in HVAC systems of all types. These rigid cell filters and separator filters provide the nearly contaminant-free air required in many medical,pharmaceutical, and clean room applications . These secondary filters are available with two capacity levels, standard and high capacity .
High-density paper made of sub-micron glass fibres is pleated and separated by corrugated aluminum to provide a high ratio of media to face area. Utilizing ATS’s hemmed safety edge, the rigid cell box filters allow for maximum media utilization. The design minimizes risk of media puncture, adds overall filter pack rigidity and stability and offers maximum air flow through the filter.
